    Accommodating service, we had absolutely amazing stay.

    The breakfast was tasty, with outstanding dishes. Really enjoyed spacious bathroom and a private safe, an air conditioning, and a mini bar in our deluxe room.

    Pleasant property, has understanding staff especially on our request of changing room at 3am. Incredibly comfortable and bright room plus an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar. Amazing pool, marvellous and lovely location to historic city centre. And so close to shopping / tourist attractions, Bandar Hilir and shopping area and near to shopping mall. The in-house restaurant at ground floor.

    The hotel itself was famous and fairly clean and the staff were cooperative, it had wonderful location to the historic Melaka district. Location: the property was very close to shopping mall, and shops, shopping areas & Chinatown. There were a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Asam Pedas Junior that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

    We carelessly left our passports in the hotel room safe after checking out and the hotel security helped to find and safekeep them for us until we were able to come back to collect. During our persistent phone callings, the staff was patient and eager to help us. Big thanks to Holiday Inn Meleka staff. :)

    Nope. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was also a good view of the sea and swimming pool. I would definitely go back there!

    Excellent rooms, pool and service, we recommend and would return.

    The staff here are friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the Executive Lounge. Our spacious, modern room provided a beautiful view, and the pool was a delight. The breakfast buffet was diverse, but some dishes could use a touch more freshness. Great for families seeking comfort and fun!

    Wonderful stay with great pool and breakfast options

    We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast that offered a good variety of Malaysian and Western dishes. The pool had a fine view. The staff was friendly and prompt in addressing our requests. The wifi could be a bit more flexible in allowing more devices.
